Precautions during the decoration and construction of a cleanroom with a cleanliness level of ten thousand

1. After the epoxy floor construction in a cleanroom of 10,000 grade is completed, it needs at least one week for complete curing before it can be officially used. Usually, people can walk on or carry light loads on the floor 2 days after the completion of the construction. However, during this period, it is prohibited to mop the floor with water.

2. Avoid placing chairs with black rubber pads on the floor to prevent black sulfides from polluting the floor.

3. During normal use of the floor, water can be used to wipe or mop off dust and debris on the floor. Solvents or cleaning agents such as alcohol and xylene can be used to remove oil stains or other paints adhered to the epoxy floor. The floor can be carefully removed using a scraper.

4. To extend the service life of the floor, it is necessary to prevent sharp, hard, and other sharp objects from scratching or puncturing the floor. Keep the epoxy floor clean to avoid the floor being worn by dust and sand particles. It is recommended to walk on the floor with clean shoes to avoid damaging the floor with shoe debris. Be cautious of hard objects that may damage the floor.

5. Prevent strong acids from falling on the floor. If strong acids accidentally fall on the floor, they can be diluted with water, dried, and cleaned, or wiped off directly with a damp cloth.

6. Be cautious of hot objects such as cigarette butts that may scald the floor.

7. During the curing period of the epoxy floor in a cleanroom of 10,000 grade, no personnel or equipment is allowed to enter, and measures such as rain protection and waterproofing should be taken. The curing period is generally at least 7 days. After the curing period, it can be put into use.

8. After 7 days (at a temperature of 25 degrees), the structure of the epoxy floor is completely stable and achieves the ideal physical and chemical properties.

9. The epoxy floor needs to be kept clean and hygienic frequently. In areas where entering the floor is required, soft-soled shoes (such as rubber shoes) should be worn. If there are sand particles, hard material fragments, etc., they should be cleaned promptly to prevent direct friction with hard and sharp objects, which may cause the floor to slip after being pressed. People entering from outside should not bring in sand. Different forklifts should be used for different occasions inside and outside.

10. Hard and heavy objects must be placed gently to avoid direct impact of overweight machines or objects on the floor coating. Avoid sharp objects from scratching the floor.

11. Remove oil stains and chemicals in time: For oil stains and chemicals that splash or drip on the floor, they need to be removed promptly. Otherwise, the floor will become slippery, causing injuries. Long-term exposure will cause corrosion, affecting appearance and service life. When the dirt is severe, use a neutral cleaner, wash with a damp cloth, then clean with water and dry thoroughly.

12. Use general floor cleaning and maintenance methods for cleaning and maintenance. Daily cleaning can be done with a soft mop and cloth.

13. Do not use corrosive solvents to wipe the floor surface. Do not use heat sources above 80 degrees to contact the ground. Prevent cracking of the floor. Such as hot water, and various chemical containers, etc. 14. The epoxy floor can generally only withstand a maximum temperature of 80℃. Therefore, for areas where welding or oxy-cutting is frequently required, steel plates or other high-temperature resistant isolation pads should be laid on the floor.
