Silicone PU is a "multi-layer composite elastic structure", usually consisting of a penetrating primer, an elastic buffer layer, a wear-resistant surface layer and a slip-resistant coating.

Modern eco-friendly silicone PU and acrylic materials are mostly water-based systems with low VOC content, meeting the requirements for green site construction.

Thoroughly clean the base surface, using mechanical grinding, acid washing or high-pressure water guns to remove all contaminants and loose layers.

Precise slope and flatness tests must be conducted (3-meter ruler error ≤ 3mm), and areas that fail the test need to be pre-repaired.

It is a multi-layer coating system, strictly following the process of "base coat → elastic layer/ reinforcement layer → surface layer → marking".
